The Super Valve is designed to replace the existing frac valves. Itperforms to closing the well within 7-8 seconds fully hydraulically.The Super Valve closure design consist with fewer moving parts toreduce wear and tear, it allows eliminating the present need forheavy duty grease.This super Valve unlike all other frac valves which is seal from onedirection, the Super Valve can seal pressure from above andbelow. Wipers around the ball allow for remove the frac sands andresidue deposited.The design utilises a directional lock plate, gives positiveprotection to stop the ball from rotation during the operation. Theindicator pins provided to show whether the ball is open or closed.The assembly consist with equalization valves to equalize thepressure from below to above and comes with Dump andGrease/Glycol Supply Port. The Dump Port used to Bleed-Off thepressure from above or below and the Grease/Glycol Supply portused to lubrication or flushing.The Super Valve is available in nominal sizes from 3.00" to 7.00"with working pressure ranging from 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi for STDand H2Sservices. Features: Hydraulically Open and Close. Closing the well 7 to 8 seconds. Seal Off the well pressure above and below. Provided Wiper for remove the frac sands and residue deposited. Indicator Pins provided for indicate the ball open/close position. Directional Lock Plate used to stop the ball from rotation during the operation. Working pressures from 5,000 PSI to 15,000 PSI. Standard and sour service environments. Available with Otis, Bowen union connections. ID's are compatible with lubricator section assemblies.
