The Exwell Primary Seal Integrity test sub is designed toincreases efficiency when pressure testing pressure controlequipment when multiple runs are being made. It is installed either above or below the Wireline Valve at theposition of the joint normally opened to insert and retrievetools from the well. After performing the first pressure test tocheck the integrity of the entire string, subsequent pressuretests can be made using the Primary Seal Integrity Test Sub toverify the integrity of the connection that is broken can beretested by pressure testing the space between the two O-ringseals on the test sub. This is a small volume and can bepressurized up quickly with a hydraulic hand pump. A needlevalve, with a metal to metal seal, can seal off the test port aftertesting is finished. / Features: Working pressures from 3000 PSI to 15,000 PSI Available in nominal sizes from 21/2" -6" Standard and sour service environments Available with Otis, Bowen union connections Available with any customer specified side port connections.
