The Exwell Hydraulic Quick Disconnect is designed to allow remote disconnect of high-pressure hose/ connector via hydraulicmeans. Hydraulic Quick Disconnect is most suitable to be used with pump line or flow line connections between the platformand the floater. The Hydraulic Quick Disconnect comes with manual override open bolts to lock open the Hydraulic Quick Disconnect. The"Lock Dogs/Fingers" are the major locking mechanism of the Hydraulic Quick Disconnect, when the Piston fully strokes forwardto the right (Latch position), it will collapse the Lock Dogs/Fingers inward into "latch" locked position on the bottom sub groove.To unlatch, apply pressure& stroke backward to the left, it will expand & free the Lock Dogs/Fingers from the bottom sub, andhold them in a fully opened position by the spring force.
