Chemical lnjuction Sub Assembly The Exwell Chemical Injection Sub is designed to allowoperator to inject inhibitors chemicals and de-icingagents onto the wireline during routine operations.The Chemical Injection Sub is designed to be placed atthe top of the Upper lubricator, just below the stuffingbox or Grease Injection Head assembly.A brass packing sub filled with felt packing. Inhibitor orde-icing agent is pumped into the packing sub. Theinjection port is equipped with an integral ball safetycheck valve to prevent well fluids being able to escape.Check Valve assembly is designed for easy and quickreplacement. Chemical injection subs are available from 5000 PSI to15000 PSI working pressures and for standard or sourservice environments. Features: • Comes with a brass insert that can be replaced if worn, or a different size wireline is going to be run.• Available with Otis or Bowen hand union Connections
