The Exwell Grease Injection Head is designed to perform a sealing function on braided cablearound a moving wireline, allows intercession access to wells under pressure. It positioned top of the wireline equipment string. The grease is pumped under pressure intothe flow tubes and combined with the activation of the hydraulic packing head forms sealagainst well pressure. This process completely seals and lubricates the wireline. The effectiveness of greaseinjection control heads is depends on the well pressure, number of flow tubes, flow tubeclearance, temperature and the type of grease being used. The Exwell Grease Injection Control Head is supplied with pin thread connections at top andbottom. The upper pin connection for a line wiper is 2" line pipe. The bottom connection canbe connecting to a quick-union, or a ball check valve/tool catcher combination. An optionalLine Wiper is normally connected on top.
