The Exwell Turn around Sheave has beendeveloped to maximize the tool string heightavailable above the wellhead in situations whereheight is restricted. It consists of Sheave Wheelheld within pressure retaining housing. The Topsheave is situated above the Tool Catcher, GreaseInjection Head and Line Wiper. The Exwell Turnaround Sheave can be supplied with any ofstandard quick unions so that it can be assembleddirectly to a suitably Tool catcher and GreaseInjection Head.The Exwell Turnaround Sheave has been designedso that the Tool Catcher can be directly attachedthereby increasing the available lubricator height.Grease injection ports are provided to allow cleangrease to be circulated through the bearings andensure smooth operation. A pressure port isprovided to facilitate bleed off in the event of gasbreaking out of the wire when passing over thewheel.The Exwell Turnaround Sheave is designed for10,000psi working pressure and H2S service. It canbe dressed for 3/16", 5/16", 7 /32", and 7 /16"diameters simply by changing the sheave wheel.
