The Exwell Side Door Stripper is a wellhead pressure control equipment; designed to pack and seal the coiled tubing whilebeing striped in and out operation of the well. The Exwell Side Door Stripper (also referred to as Pack off or Stuffing Box) provides the primary operational seal betweenpressurized wellbore fluids and the surface environment. It is physically located between the BOP and the Injector Head. Itprovides dynamic seal around the coiled tubing during tripping and a static seal around the coiled tubing when there is nomovement. The Exwell Side Door Stripper is designed with easy replacement of the packing elements and bushings through the open"window" below the injector. It allows replacement of the packer, nonextrusion ring, and bushings by hydraulically retractingthe pack-off piston to expose an open portal, which these elements can be changed out with tubing still in the well. Features: Meet NACE M R0175 Specification. North Sea specification as request. Arctic services as request. Specifications: Pressure Rating: 10,000 PSI. Service: All equipment is supplied Sour or STD Service uponrequest.
