The Exwell Bi-Directional Flow Activated Shifting Tool is designed to selectively shift the SlidingSleeve devise in horizontal well bores.The tool can be fitted with bi-directional key's, allowing the operator to shift the sleeve ineither direction, in a single run. Alternatively, the standard uni-directional key's can be fittedand easily rotated within the chassis to either open or close the sliding sleeve. Shifting keys canbe custom designed for other profile as needed.The Exwell Bi-Directional Flow Activated Shifting Tool shifting key's is run in the retractedposition, and once at the required depth, increasing surface pump volume the tool causes theretainer sleeves to move, allowing each independent key to activate. The dog profile can thenengage the sliding sleeve profile, shift the sleeve and automatically disengage from it.Stopping the flow allows the springs to return the retainer sleeves and retract the dogs backinto the closed position.
