The Exwell CT Flow Activated External Pulling Tool is designed for running and retrieving downhole flow control devices with external fishing necks, This tool offers a slim line option to theHeavy Duty Pulling Tool where severe restrictions dictate body diameter. To engage the PullingTool, a sit down weight is required for automatic engagement. With the Pulling in a latchposition, the dogs are supported within the skirt of the tool. This allows the operator to continueheavy jarring without the fear of shearing the dogs. For surface operation the dog assembly hasa finger grip to enable the tool to be manually released from the fishing neck. An internalpressure build up caused by flow through the end orifice releases the tool from the fish neck.All Exwell Flow release Tools are supplied with a High and Low Flow Rate Orifice and Blank plugs.
