The Exwell Latch Seal assembly includes two Seal Stacks designed for use in PermanentPackers. Production Tubes, Tail-Pipe or other accessories with ODs compatible withPacker bore can be attached to the bottom of this seal assembly. An Anchor Tubing Seal Assembly can be used as an alternative to set-down weight toprevent seal movement or when it is desirable to land the Tubing in tension. The AnchorTubing Seal Assembly or Anchor Tubing Seal Nipple is run on the production tubingstring. Set-down weight will cause the anchor's threaded latch to engage thecorresponding threads in the top of the Packer. Once engaged, the Anchor and Tubingare securely locked in place. Any Tubing contraction will cause a tensile load to beapplied to the Tubing String. Care must be taken to ensure tensile forces developed willnot part the Tubing whenever an anchor is used. To release the Anchor it must berotated to the right at the Packer.
